To enter and participate, listeners must upload a photo of Santa through wixy.com before midnight, Sunday, December 15, 2013.
All listeners will then be able to vote for the photo of their choice from approximately 6am December 16 through 11:59pm December 22, 2013. The photo with the most votes will be announced as the winner, and one prize awarded, on Monday, December 23rd.
Listeners can vote once per day during the voting round (December 16 through 22).
Participants who wish to vote must become a registered user through the uPickem portal on the station website. Votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated means will not be allowed and will be disqualified. Only one registered account per voter is allowed. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
The Illini Radio Group reserves the right to disqualify a voter in its sole discretion and/or use another means to determine the winning photo.
The prize to be awarded is $1000 in gift cards from Meijer.
The winner will be determined on December 22, 2013. The photo with the most votes according to the uPickem website platform will be declared the winner. In the event of a voting tie, the winner will be determined by coin toss. Prize will be awarded on or before January 23, 2014.

All entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If the station is unable to contact the winner after seven (7) business days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, the prize will not be awarded. The Illini Radio Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Contests on all stations of the Illini Radio Group are open to all eligible Illinois residents, 18 or older who have not won anything on the station in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months.
Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WIXY 100.3, The Illini Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., its subsidiaries their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WIXY 100.3 main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Illini Radio Group management, which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest.
Entrants further grant to The Illini Radio Group the right to use and publish their proper name and their city and state of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this contest.
WIXY 100.3 and The Illini Radio Group reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and The Illini Radio Group. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
The Illini Radio Group and UPICKEM are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and may be required to complete an IRS 1099 form. The Illini Radio Group reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed forms are received.
